Nous commençons la procédure de rhinoplastie médicale par une injection de gel visco-élastique d’acide hyaluronique avec lidocaïne dans l’angle nasolabial, puis dans la columelle Nous injectons dans l’angle nasolabial afin d’avoir une belle projection du nez et un soutient au prochain travail de l’arête dorsale.
Nous injectons également plus haut, vers la columelle, pour projeter la pointe du nez de la patiente. On a maintenant un joli triangle sous le nez, caractéristique d’une forme parfaite.

We start the medical rhinoplasty procedure with an injection of hyaluronic acid gel with lidocaine in the nasolabial angle and into the columella. We inject into the nasolabial angle in order to have a nice projection of the nose and support the nasal dorsum We also inject higher, towards the columella, to project the tip of the patient’s nose. We now have a nice triangle under the nose, characteristic of a perfect shape.
